PRO/ College pre-screening
The PRO department shortlists interested candidates willing to work in Chennai for a brand name like HCL and those willing to take up night shifts. Students of any discipline graduated out in 2011 and prior . Their communication skills in English should be of good quality with less influence of their Mother Tongue. The job involves supporting our Clients based in US and UK shifts and hence working in night shifts is mandatory.
Screening would involve administering a paper pencil test/ Group Discussion/ one-to-one session based on the crowd available. We request the college management to have a hall arranged with a projector and PC/ Laptop facility for easy plug in and play of the HCL Corporate-CD.
Guidelines
Those graduating out in 2011 and prior will be considered for screening.Only candidates willing to join Immediately would be considered for an offer.
Short listed candidates will be lined up for Technical Screening and HR Round after which the candidate would be offered. All expenses incurred to this effect would have to be borne by the pupil or the institution.
