• To Manage & Coordinate information within the team in order to arrive at accurate bid
• To manage competency and efficiency of bid in order to achieve competitive price and improve profit margins
• To liaise with site team, vendors and sub-contractors on information in order to produce correct bid
• To work on construction methodology, taking into consideration safety aspects in order to consider all relevant costs in the bid.
